In addition to sacrificing to the wandering souls, this event is also suitable for worshipping ancestors, allowing ancestors to benefit from the sacred merits of this Dharma assembly. The ancestral worship packets or offerings to sentient beings collected in the seventh lunar month will be jointly held in this Dharma assembly. Together with the memorial, they will be presented to the deities for the transcendence of ancestors, alleviating their suffering.
